Empty Toner Cartridges

Printer toner cartridges can be refilled with toner and used again. If you are responsible for changing the toner in your department's printers, be sure to return your empty toner cartridges for recycling.

PONY Mail

Send Toshiba brand used cartridges, toner bottles and waste toner bottles to CMO 129, Toner Collection Program. For all other toner cartridges, send small quantities via PONY mail to "ATTN: Mailroom, Recycle Toner Cartridges" (no PONY number is necessary).

Drop Off Locations

You can drop off toner cartridges in the Mail Services toner collection cart located in the basement of 455 County Center in Redwood City.  recycle icon
